The Nelo Power House is a multifunction machine, specially designed for Kayak training, but not limited to. With all its dynamics you can work all muscle groups, while replicating the feeling of a real kayak.
The resistance in the movements can be adjusted with the use of “Theramed” elastics, available in the range of 0 to 8, making them comprehensive enough to work with specific technical movements, as well as muscle exercises of greater amplitude, always with the right resistance and with the desired speed.
The exercises can be done in forward and backward motion, supporting a huge diversity of movements, in a total of more than 20 exercise possibilities.
The machine provides instant feedback via Bluetooth on power (watts) and speed (m/s) for each repetition, as well as maximum, minimum and average.
Feedback is essential for an effective use of the machine and maintaining the speed of the motion and finding the correct resistance for your training goals (power, hypertrophy, or resistance).
