2010 in review
What a great year that is coming to an end.
We have presented ourselves as a serious player in the markets of Surf Ski and Slalom, we had hundreds of people in our Training Centers, and undoubtedly we organized one of the best paddling events in the world, and we have done all that without loosing focus on our sprint boats where we have reinforced our leadership, achieving success in all disciplines and classes.
2010 saw a new record of medals for Nelo boats in Poznan Canoe Sprint Worlds, with a total of 21 medals, 14 more than achieved 9 years before in the last time the Worlds took place in Poznan.
ParaCanoe made it into the Olympic Program, and we feel we have done our share by promoting individuals but also cooperating with National Federations and the ICF in the development of this new discipline of our sport, and now we look forward to see it grow in 2011.
New carbon footrests, new rails and new seats were the first signs of a revolution yet to come in the concept of sprint boats, where 2011 will be a key year leading up to the 2012 Games.
2011 will be another full year with new models, new fittings, great training camps, great events and more successes!
Thank you all for helping us making this an amazing year! But we also want to know how was it for you. Login to our facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000404341311) and tell us what for you was the best (and the worst) of the canoeing year.
Merry Xmas and a Great 2011
